Rise of service costs from 01-03-2023

As of March (01-03-2023) the service costs at the Haarweg 333 will be increased, from €119,28 to €220,- 

This increase is to get the advancement (which the montly service costs are for) more in line with the actual costs. 

The new montly service costs will be as follows:

The table above, will result in a montly increase of payment of €100,72. 

Regarless of the basic rent, the service cost per room was €119,28. 

So the previous montly amount you were paying, being basic rent+ service costs, has to be increased by the amount of €100,72 per 01-03-2023.
