In case of emergencies (e.g. big(ger) leakages in your room or common areas), you can get in touch with our 24/7 available emergency line on 

0317-240848 , then press 1 and then 9   

 

If you are calling from an international number add +0031 in front and then : 317-240848 

 

In case you have a question, we advise you to first refer to this general information folder as well as ourwebsite www.hwwageningen.nl. Is your question is not answered here and/or you have a maintenance request? Send an email to wageningen@wolfhvg.nl

We try our best to answer your email within 24 hours. General office hours run from Monday until Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. In the weekends we still try to respond to emergency emails, however the phone number would be faster.

For any life threatening emergencies (e.g. fire, medical situation) always call the Dutch emergency number: 112
