Communicatie Haarweg 333 - Algemeen

As you know, the Wageningen University is owner of the properties at Haarweg 333. However, the management of the buildings is carried out by an external company. Up and until 30 June 2024, the properties are managed by Wolf Huisvestingsgroep.

At the moment, Wageningen University is working on a new tender to find a company who will take over the rental from Wageningen University and manage the properties and housing contracts of Haarweg 333 starting 1 July 2024.

 

For the current tenants of Haarweg 333, there are 2 different consequences regarding their tenancy contract:

 

Tenancy contract with a duration longer than 2 years

The first group of tenants has a start date of their tenancy contract before 1 July 2022, these contract will be continued after 30 June 2024. These contracts also include a ‘campus clause’. This means that the tenancy agreement will be terminated as soon as the tenant is no longer a student.

 

Fixed term tenancy contract for a maximum of 2 years

The second group of tenants has a fixed term tenancy contract with a start date from 1 July 2022, with an end date no later than 30 June 2024. These contracts will be terminated on the agreed date. It is not possible to extend or renew these contracts. If you are in this group, you will receive a second letter stating that your contract will be terminated on the date mentioned in your contract.
